Construction can be either long or close coupled.

Close coupled ( BK ) models available for most single stage pumps and many 2 & 4  stage models.

The G Range has been specifically designed to ensure easy and efficient handling of high-viscosity fluids. Carefully designed, wide diameter, screw feeder combined with enlarged hopper give you an extremely high level of performance, and maximise the volumetric efficiency of the rotor and stator. Higher level of performance than standard open throat style pumps. No requirement for 'bridge-breaker' reducing power requirements and maintenance costs. The G range is available in both close-coupled and long-coupled configuration

 

The W Range Progressing Cavity Pump range has been specifically developed to handle difficult to pump, non-Newtonian liquids and liquids with viscosities greater than 10,000 Cps. The auger, which is mounted inside the hopper, conveys the liquid into the pumping element [stator and rotor] enabling a trouble-free efficient pumping solution that few other pumps can provide. Materials of construction: stainless steel 304 and 316 as well as carbon steel. Capacity: from 500 l/h a 80 m 3/h [2.20 usgpm up to 352 usgpm] Pressure: up to 48 bar 696 psig] The W range is available in both close-coupled and long-coupled configuration

The WL Range Progressing Cavity Pump range is the first class choice for pumping food and beverage liquids such as grapes, juice, olive oil, parts of vegetables, pastes of olive or tomato, jam, preserves & marmalade. The compact and robust design of the WL pump makes it ideal for transferring whole or destemmed grapes. And due to its design it can be installed right under the destemmer. It can also be used during  the process of decanting.

The M Range Progressing Cavity Pump series is designed specifically for dosing any kind of liquid. Dosing pumps are feature reversible flow, excellent self-priming rate, and low-shear pulsation-free pumping.

Accuracy which is often extremely important in this application can be maintained at a maximum variation of ± 1%.

This range is constructed in aisi 316 stainless steel with optional stator materials including Viton, EPDM and Nitrile [Perbunan].

The Dosing Capacity directly proportional to the rotor speed making control both easy and reliable. The M range  offers  3 Rotor and stator sizes for different dosing capacities all available within one modular design envelope. 

Capacity : up to 50 l/h - up to 13 gallons/h

Pressure : up to 18 bar
